A full restoration is the most involved work we do — and one of the most rewarding. Whether you're bringing back a numbers-matching classic to original condition or building a restomod with modern mechanicals under a vintage body, we handle every phase of the project in-house. No farms, no middlemen.
Engine rebuilds, transmission swaps, brake conversions, suspension upgrades, and electrical system overhauls. We bring the mechanicals back to factory spec or better — depending on whether you're building a show car, a driver, or a performance build.
Rust repair, panel replacement, metal fabrication, and body straightening. We address everything that needs to be right before primer goes on — because cutting corners at this stage shows up in the finish for the life of the car.
Correct factory colors, custom colors, or period-correct custom finishes. We do full prep, prime, basecoat, clearcoat, and color sand and polish in-house. Our paint process is the same one we apply to every custom job — no shortcuts.
We coordinate interior work and final detailing as part of the complete project. We'll be honest with you about what we handle in-house versus what we refer out — and we'll refer you to the right people for the work we don't do.
A full restoration involves a lot of moving parts — parts sourcing, sequencing work correctly, and communicating status throughout. We keep you in the loop and document everything. No black holes.
Every job at C&D follows the same process — diagnose, quote, repair, verify. See how it works →
